I service DFW north to the Sherman area, south to Dallas, east to Rockwall/Greenville, west to Keller/Southlake, and everything in between. Moving to DFW? What might be right for you? Read on below!

Grayson County

I had several clients move from the DFW suburbs to Grayson county towns last year. As more and more people work from home, this is a great option for those who want to escape the big cities! Grayson county offers more land, smaller cities, less hustle and bustle, fewer HOA’s to contend with and in many instances, an old Texas town feel. What you’ll find:

  • Typical neighborhoods, older construction, some new construction.
  • More acreage, farm and ranch properties.
  • Open land to build on – Barndo’s!
  • Grayson College, Austin College.
  • Lake properties, Lake Texoma.
  • Haggerman National Wildlife refuge.
  • Small, quaint Texas towns.
  • Smaller schools.
  • A sense of community who support their high school teams!
  • A thirty minute drive to Durant, OK and Choctaw Casino.
